Last month, I was interviewed by the BBC for their series on Autarky. In Episode One, around minute 21:50, I mention being an early Free State mover (2008) and how New Hampshire could be poised to become its own successful, peaceful and prosperous country, like a Switzerland or Iceland.
For 2023, my wish for mankind is that you find the internal awareness and fortitude to grasp that fear is now government-manufactured to put you in a permanent state of “self-generated” anxiety. Once you recognize this dynamic, you can start to take the necessary steps to disengage from this abusive relationship.
Answer these questions honestly:
Do YOU control your own mind? <— spend a week making note of every time you hear a “voice” in your head.
What inputs are you “feeding” your mind and body?
What does your online “diet” look like?
What does your actual diet look like?
For both your mind and body, know this: Garbage in, garbage out.
What steps are you taking to sooth your spirit and keep yourself healthy?
Health is wealth.

Beautiful keepsake from Costa Rica, bought on the beach in Tamarindo: Guanacaste wood platter and bowl bought from Nestor, an immigrant from Nicaragua who got stuck in CR during c19. Paid $50 for the platter, which was probably a bit over, and after we had a “we don’t speak the same language but we both speak the universal language of common humanity” chat, he threw in the salsa bowl for “free”. I hope Nestor makes it back to his family for Christmas!
