Once you recognize this dynamic, you can start to take the necessary steps to disengage from this abusive relationship.

Do YOU control your own mind? <— spend a week making note of every time you hear a “voice” in your head.
What inputs are you “feeding” your mind and body?
What does your online “diet” look like?
What does your actual diet look like?
For both your mind and body, know this: Garbage in, garbage out.
What steps are you taking to sooth your spirit and keep yourself healthy?
